The International Federation of American Football participated in a webinar organized by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) on the topic “Compliance Monitoring Program“. The webinar was intended for the National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADO) and the International Federation (IF).
During this 60-minute webinar, participants were provided with an overview of the main areas of WADA’s new Compliance Monitoring Program, which allows for greater understanding of the role and responsibilities of organizations within the Program.
Participants received a sneak preview of WADA’s online Code Compliance Questionnaire that will be sent to Code signatories in February for completion.
Presenters included Tim Ricketts (WADA’s Director, Standards & Harmonization), Kevin Haynes (WADA’s Senior Manager, Standards and Harmonization) and Emiliano Simonelli (WADA’s Senior Manager, Code Compliance).
The presenters, along with Frédéric Donzé (WADA’s Chief Operating Officer), were on hand to answer questions right after the presentation.
This was part of WADA’s webinar series that was first introduced in 2014, It is designed to help stakeholders with implementation of the 2015 World Anti-Doping Code (Code).
