The American football tournament at the World Games 2017 will be held on Saturday and Monday, 22nd and 24th July, hosted by Olympic Stadium in Wrocław.

American football is one of four invitational sports in the World Games 2017. This year four nations will compete for the trophy: Poland (as host), Germany, France and USA (USFAF).

Semifinals are scheduled for Saturday. Team USFAF will meet team Germany at 1 p.m. and in the second semi-final host nation, Poland will show to the audience its strength against France. That game will start at 7 p.m.

The winners will qualify for the final which is set on Monday at 7 p.m., but earlier that day, there will be also Bronze Medal match at 1. a.m.

The Olympic Stadium in Wrocław is the venue where all games of the American football tournament will be played. It is a multi-purpose stadium, which was built from 1926 to 1928 as Schlesierkampfbahn (English: Silesian Arena) according to a design by Richard Konwiarz when the city of Wrocław (then Breslau) was still part of Germany.

As of July 2015, it is used mostly for speedway racing, serves as the home stadium of Sparta Wrocław, and is also home to the Devils Wrocław and Giants Wrocław American football teams.

The stadium has a capacity now of 11,000 people.
